
Nicole Nuzzo
Nicole Nuzzo is the founding shareholder of Nuzzo Law, APC, and a Certified Family Law Specialist* Designed by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, helping business owners and executives efficiently and strategically resolve their family law disputes and to protect their assets from the community property regime with Premarital and Postnuptial agreements.
As a Family Law and Divorce Attorney, she also works with high net-worth individuals in their complex family law matters involving child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic abuse, characterization, division, and valuation of community and separate property assets and debts.
From strategic planning to skill-building, Nicole is committed to providing her clients the resources they need to succeed – today, tomorrow, and beyond. Transparency is the foundation of trust, which is why Nicole is committed to providing her clients with clear, honest communication every step of the way. From outlining the legal process and potential outcomes to discussing costs and fees, Nicole ensures that her clients have a full understanding of their situation and options. Clients can rest assured they will know where they stand and what to expect during their family law matter.
She graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a bachelor’s degree in political science and went on to get her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. Nicole is also a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and collaborates with expert forensic accountants to prepare cash flow analysis, marital standard of living analysis, and community property balance sheets.
Nicole serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association Professionalism and Ethics Committee.
